American Iron Magazine to Sponsor First-Ever Ultimate Dealer Bike Show

Dealer-Only Custom Motorcycle Show Will Take Place at DealerExpo 2012 in Indianapolis

The Ultimate Dealer Bike Show, a new, dealer-only custom bike show, has secured RoadBike sister publication American Iron Magazine as presenting sponsor. The Ultimate Dealer Bike Show presented by American Iron Magazine will take place at the inaugural American V-Twin Dealer Show, co-located with the 2012 Dealer Expo at the Indiana Convention Center in Indianapolis February 17-19, 2012. Interested dealers are encouraged to enter to have their prized custom bike displayed prominently at the entrance of the American V-Twin Dealer Show. Thousands of industry professionals will attend the show throughout the weekend and get an up-close look at the custom creations.

“American Iron Magazine brings extensive industry expertise to the project, making them the perfect media partner for this type of custom bike show,” said American V-Twin Dealer Show Brand Representative Grady Pfeiffer. “Participants will enjoy added exposure in the well-read American Iron Magazine, on their website and through their social media outlets which will really increase awareness for this first-time event. We are confident this will develop into a long term relationship and continue to grow for years to come.”

Ultimate Dealer Bike Show presented by American Iron Magazine will have a four class format with motorcycles categorized as freestyle – unlimited anything goes; modified bagger – must include fairing and saddlebags; modified bobber – no front fender and solo seat preferred; and showcase – a special non-judged class for exhibitors. Judging will be conducted by leading industry experts including high-profile builders and industry luminaries with the top bikes in each class receiving awards. Several motorcycles will be featured in Dealernews, the leading industry powersports publication, and in American Iron Magazine, the world’s best selling Harley magazine. An awards ceremony will take place on Sunday, February 19, at the show. Space is limited, so interested dealers should call Biker Pros at 919/886-5075 for more details.

“We are excited to be a part of this inaugural event and to let the dealers showcase their skills and creativity in our pages,” said American Iron Magazine Editor-In-Chief and Publisher Buzz Kanter. “It’s going to be a lot of fun for the builders, show attendees and our readers, making this a win-win for both organizations.”

The American V-Twin Dealer Show will be a truly distinct experience for all things V-Twin. The show will deliver: cutting-edge products and services; a customized educational experience with dozens of classroom seminars, the first ever live auction of pre-owned Harley-Davidson motorcycles at a trade show, a custom bike show and a unique environment for product buying, education, industry networking, entertainment and fun. Dealer Expo is the largest powersports dealer event in the world, bringing together dealers, distributors, aftermarket parts and accessory companies and original equipment manufacturers in one place each year for an unprecedented $145 million shopping experience. The premier weekend destination for the entire powersports industry known as Indy, featuring the 2012 Dealer Expo and the 2012 American V-Twin Dealer Show, will take place February 17-19, 2012, at the Indiana Convention Center, 1000 South Capitol Ave, in Indianapolis, Indiana.
