No. 7 Indian Chief Vintage To Benefit Operation Ride Home

NO 7Indian Motorcycle announced that it is donating a one-of-a-kind custom 2014 Chief Vintage motorcycle to support Operation Ride Home, a partnership program between Jack Daniel Distillery and the Armed Services YMCA. The effort is designed to help junior-enlisted service members come home for the holidays.

For 2014, the first 1,901 units of the Indian Chief that were sold came with special badges and commemorative serial numbers. No. 7 was the bike chosen to be donated for the Operation Ride Home program. Customized at Klock Werks, the bike features hand-laid pinstriping, Jack Daniel’s logos, the Operation Ride Home logo, and a customized seat. The No. 7 Operation Ride Home custom bike was unveiled at the International Motorcycle Show in Long Beach on Friday, December 6, which RoadBike attended. The Serial No. 7 Indian Chief Vintage motorcycle will be on display at the International Motorcycle Shows tour.

The bike will be auctioned by Barrett-Jackson at its Scottsdale, Arizona, auction, which runs January 12-19, 2014.  To follow the auction or to register as a bidder, click here.
